瑞安華城藍庭業主抗議

　　9月12日，有網友爆料稱瑞安華城藍庭的房子存在嚴重的問題，由于這些房子不能結算拖欠工程款，導致房子的設計圖紙被建設團隊扣留，最后導致房子不能審批房產證。

　　12日當天，數十位華城藍庭的業主舉著橫幅到小區外進行抗議。據業主介紹，這些房子原本應該是在今年6月份交房的，但是因為沒有房產證，許多業主都表示要求退房。不少業主想進入小區內，但是遭到多名保安阻攔。據現場的一位業主表示，華城房開還雇傭了一幫打手來阻攔他們進去看房。
